What periods can I book at bookTrysilonline?
Our online booking will allow you to book minimum two days, and our standard period of stay are following days:
- Sunday- Thursday
- Sunday – Friday
- Thursday – Sunday
- Friday – Sunday
- Saturday – Saturday/ Sunday – Sunday
BookTrysilonline has also added some flexible periods which make it possible to book your stay for example Monday – Wednesday. Furthermore, we will always be helpful when it comes to requesting special periods of time. Feel free to contact us!
When should payment be done?
35% of the total booking amount needs to be paid directly or no later than 12 days after the booking was made. Remaining 65% is to be paid no later than 60 days before arrival.
Can I cancel my booking and get my money back?
Yes, if there are more than 60 days left until arrival and the cancelation was made within 12 days of the booking.
The cancelation needs to be done in writing, please e-mail our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
When is the check in?
Check in is from 17.00.
There is a possibility to purchase early check in. This means that your accommodation will be accessible from 14.00. Please contact us in case you would like to add this to your booking.
Important! The possibility of being able to book early check-in will be determined by how large the changeover days are. If we have to many check ins/check outs there will be no opportunity for us to offer early check in.
When is the check out?
Check out is at 11.00.
There is a possibility to purchase late check out. This means that you’ll be able to stay in your accommodation until 14.00. Please contact us in case you would like to add this to your booking.

What is the cost for early check in or late check out?
The cost is 500 NOK per accommodation.
What is included in the cabin/apartment?
All our cabins and apartments are equipped with what you normally need for self-catering. This means that our kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. There are also duvets and pillows, and during the winter season we also supply all our guest with bedlinen and towels (one big and one small per person).
bookTrysilonline will also welcome all our guests with a service package. This package includes a dish brush, wash cloth, detergents for dishes and one roll of paper for each toilet in the house.
What is your 100% customer satisfaction guarantee?
This is a guarantee provided by bookTrysilonline which ensures that our cabins and apartments meets the standards and promises that has been provided to you by email or via our website. Any mistakes or faults should be corrected within 24 hours, or alternatively our guests should be offered another accommodation.
What is The Blue Card?
The Blue Card is our own virtual benefit card that gives you 15 % discount on accommodation booked through bookTrysilonline.
The card also gives you at least 35% off on ski rental made with us. For discount please contact our customer service at email@example.com

What is safe booking – Covid-19?
In times of Covid- 19, bookTrysilonline has put extra focus on safety for our guests. This means giving you, as our guest, both safe conditions in relation to booking and in relation to cleaning, disinfection and sealing of our cabins/apartments.
bookTrysilonline has also decided to add on free cancelation insurance on all bookings until 1.5.2021.
This cancelation insurance only applies to the Covid-19 situation and ensures you as our guest full refund in case Norske Helsemyndigheter should introduce restrictions that no longer make it possible to stay with us. Read here more information about safe booking.
Does bookTrysilonline has its own ski rental?
In winter of 2019 bookTrysilonline opened Trysil’s latest ski rental. We are proud about this and like to brag about our very favorable prices. The ski rental is in our new building, at Vestmovegen 7, just next to the main road Trysil – Oslo.
We do recommend our guests to prebook the equipment and travel light, payment on the other hand is to be made either direct on our website or when picking up the equipment.
bookTrysilonline can also offer drop off at your cabin/apartment on arrival day.
